1. PAYMENT

1.2. Payment time

1.1.1 Payment is made in advance. I start working after paying BEFORE the sketch, you can pay 50% or 100% immediately.

1.1.2. Payment for the commission must be made within 2 days (48 hours) after we have discussed all the details. If the payment is not made within this period, your request will be cancelled.

1.1.3. Payment for YCH must be made within the time period specified in the auction description. Please read the information about the desired YCH auction. If payment has not been made during this period, your bid will be cancelled and the auction will be held again. If lower bids are offered, YCH will be transferred to the previous bidder.

1.2. Payment methods

1.2.1. Currently accepted payment methods are Hipolink.

Note: At the moment, none of the platforms have the option to pay via PayPal. Currently, only bank cards and virtual cards are accepted. Some American banks may reject your payments, so it is preferable to use a virtual PayPal card.

1.3. Payment refunds

No refunds after the start of commission.

If there is a situation where you need to refund the money BEFORE the commission is created, then: 1. You will be paid the amount that I received with the commission deducted. Using Hipolink, I receive the amount minus the commission of the platform itself! 2. You will have to create an account on this platform to get the money back, I CANNOT use Paypal!

2. Terms Of Service

2.1. I have the right to publish any of my finished works on the Internet, as well as screenshots and videos. However, if you really don't want me to publish the work you commissioned, please let me know in advance.

2.2. I have the right to delete any of my finished works of art, as well as screenshots and cursive videos from any of my platforms, provided that the buyer of the work of art, be it the customer or YCH, received the finished work in its original quality and confirmed that it was saved (uploaded) to their device.

2.3. You should always list me as an author if you republish my work.

2.4. Each of my works is intended for personal use only. You can crop the commissioned work if you want to use it as an avatar. You may use the image only as a non-commercial use. (If you want to create a commercial project with my images, discuss it with me!)

2.5. It is forbidden to assign the authorship of the art to the customer.

3. Additional information!

3.1. Edits! If you make more than 3 edits, you will have to pay a few dollars. What applies to edits: changing the pose, background, emotions, redrawing clothes. What DOESN'T apply to the edits: my own mistakes, if I drew your character or any other part that doesn't correspond to the TOR, it's my mistake.

3.2. You can request a JPG or PNG finished art. MP4, MOV, GIF of the finished animation. I never give source files such as PSD, SAI, AE, CSP. and other programs that I use.
